Ingredients :
- Pomelo 1
- Boiled Fresh Shrimps 300 g.
- Fry Dry Shrimps 100 g.
- Toasted coconut flakes. 1 cup
- Palm sugar 2 tablespoon
- Fish Sauce 2 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice 3 tablespoon
- Pea nut (Toasted) 1 cup
- Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
- Kaffir Lime Leave 3 leaves
- Coriander (chopped) 3 tablespoon
Sauce Preparation:
Mix lemon juice with fish sauce, salt, palm sugar, chilli power and 2 tablespoon of crush peanut and toasted coconut flakes and dry shrimps.
Preparation:
Season the sauce together with all ingredients and shrimps. Serve with some fresh vegetable.
